How It Works

 

During the first 4 months, college graduates learn foundational restaurant operations while building team and customer relationships. Months five through ten focus on team leadership and systems management. For the following 18 months, they take on a specific director track, such as hospitality, drive-thru, operations and Human Resources. During the final months, Ascent Leaders develop a plan for their career next steps. Upon program completion, participants not only have their degree, but they have spent two years as a decision maker in a $7 million business.
